NOW HIRING: ROOFING SERVICE, WARRANTY & REPAIR TECHNICIAN

Collis Roofing is looking for a well-rounded Roofing Service Technician experienced in troubleshooting, repairs, punch-out work, and warranty service. We are seeking someone who can work independently, identify roofing issues, and provide quality repairs while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Perform roof inspections for service calls, warranty claims, and punch-out work.
• Diagnose leaks and determine the source of roofing problems.
• Repair and maintain all types of roofing systems, including:
• Shingle
• Tile
• Metal
• Flat/Low-Slope Roofing (preferred)
• Complete warranty repairs according to company and manufacturer specifications.
• Perform repairs in accordance with job specifications and OSHA safety standards.
• Document repairs with photos and complete required paperwork.
• Maintain professional communication with homeowners, builders, and customers.
• Keep company vehicle, tools, and work areas clean and organized.
• Represent the company with professionalism and integrity.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in roofing service, repairs, leak detection, and punch-out work.
• Knowledge of multiple roofing systems.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Professional attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Ability to complete paperwork accurately.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License with a good driving record.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States (E-Verify Employer).
• Must pass a pre-employment urinalysis (Drug-Free Workplace).
• Ability to lift 40+ pounds.
• Ability to climb ladders and work comfortably at heights.
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must follow OSHA safety requirements at all times.
