Part-time to pick up overflow, scheduled ahead, take it or pass. One full-time spot for a highly skilled tech.
Pay is starting at $20 to $40 an hour and it scales with experience and proof of work. The low end is someone barely past DIY who's reliable and hungry to learn. The high end is the person I hand the job to and you already know how to do it. Bring before, during, and after pictures of your work.
The work: drywall, paint, trim, tile and grout, doors, cabinets, blinds, and getting rental homes move-in ready for property managers. Never done turnovers? Fine, if you're good and willing to learn.
Not sure about a call on the job? Call me. Mistakes never come out of your paycheck. It starts and ends with me.
You need: a truck, van, or SUV, a valid license, and proof of insurance. Tools required, but we can talk about that if you're interested. We'll never turn a good person away over a limited tool kit. You get: W-2, weekly pay, IRS mileage, phone stipend.
