NOW HIRING: SERVICE TECHNICIANS — Full-Time, Year-Round

Total Roofing & Construction is growing our Service Department and looking for skilled techs who can handle repair work across the board. 40+ years in business, licensed in Illinois AND Indiana, offices in Schererville, Dolton, and Orland Park.

This is service and repair work — not production crew work. You're not on one roof all day. You're running 3–5 calls a day, diagnosing problems, and fixing them right.

What you'd be doing:
🏠 Roof repairs and leak diagnosis
🪟 Window repairs and replacements
🧱 Siding repairs
🌧️ Gutter repair, cleaning, and replacement
🧊 Insulation and ventilation work
🔨 General carpentry and exterior repairs

What we're looking for:
✅ Hands-on experience in exterior trades — roofing, siding, windows, or carpentry
✅ Able to troubleshoot, not just install — service work is problem-solving
✅ Comfortable on ladders and roofs
✅ Valid driver's license and clean driving record
✅ Professional with homeowners — you're the face of the company at their door
✅ Own hand tools
✅ Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
