Volsen Custom Works is growing, and we’re looking for a skilled carpenter who takes pride in building high-quality work.
We specialize in custom decks, outdoor living spaces, residential remodels, and fine home building throughout Pierce County and the surrounding areas. We’re not a production company looking to rush jobs—we focus on craftsmanship, professionalism, and building projects we’re proud to put our name on.
Position
Skilled Carpenter
Pay
$30-35 per hour starting, depending on experience and skill.
2% commission on any referral projects contract signed.
OPTION: company vehicle/gas card
What You’ll Do
- Deck framing and composite/cedar decking installation
- Exterior and interior finish carpentry
- Residential remodeling
- Siding, trim, doors, and windows
- Read plans and work independently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of residential carpentry experience
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Own basic hand tools
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Someone who genuinely enjoys building quality projects
