Job Duties

Assist gutter installation crew on residential homes
Set up and safely move extension ladders
Unload, organize, and stage materials
Assist with installing gutters and downspouts
Perform site cleanup and debris removal
Load and unload tools and equipment
Follow all jobsite safety procedures

⭐ Bonus Skills

Experience driving a 15-foot box truck/van

Previous construction, roofing, siding, gutters, or general labor experience

Requirements

✔ Previous construction or outdoor labor experience preferred
✔ Ability to lift 50+ lbs throughout the day
✔ Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Full PPE required (Hard Hat, Safety Glasses, High-Visibility Vest, Work Boots, Gloves)
✔ Willing to submit to Background Check
✔ Willing to complete a Drug Screen
✔ Dependable with a strong work ethic and positive attitude
