We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Make-Ready Technician with strong carpentry and sheetrock experience to join our team. If you take pride in quality workmanship and have a solid work ethic, we want to hear from you.

Key Requirements

Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in make-ready maintenance, carpentry, and sheetrock repair.

References: Must provide professional, verifiable work references from past employers or clients.

Transportation: Must have reliable transportation to and from work sites.

Responsibilities

Perform turn-key make-ready repairs to bring residential or commercial units up to move-in standard.

Execute general carpentry tasks, including door, door knob, lock, hinge, and trim installations.

Install kitchen and bathroom fixtures, including faucets, garbage disposals, and tile/panel backsplashes.

Complete high-quality sheetrock repairs, drywall patching, taping, floating, and seamless texture matching.

Address general punch-list maintenance items efficiently and maintain a clean, safe job site.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven track record in make-ready, remodeling, or general construction.

Strong knowledge of light plumbing, electrical fixture swaps, and hardware placement.

Strong problem-solving skills, high attention to detail, and ability to meet project deadlines.

Proper tools for standard carpentry, drywall, and fixture installations preferred.

Pay: pay will be between $20-25 per hour. 40 hour work week.
