Now Hiring- Sr. Apartment Maintenance Technician (Emblem Renata)

Arqline Property Management is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to join our team. If you're experienced in apartment maintenance, HVAC systems, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

As a Sr. Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in maintaining our community and ensuring residents receive outstanding service.

Responsibilities include:
✅ Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance issues
✅ Complete resident service requests within 24 hours
✅ Prepare apartment homes for new residents according to Arqline standards
✅ Maintain community grounds and curb appeal
✅ Inspect and maintain building systems and equipment
✅ Monitor HVAC, boilers, and other mechanical systems
✅ Maintain clean and attractive common areas
✅ Respond to emergency maintenance situations promptly
✅ Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
✅ Assist with preventative maintenance programs and record keeping
✅ Follow all safety procedures and company policies

Qualifications:

✔ High School Diploma or GED required
✔ Minimum of 2 years of apartment maintenance experience or related field
✔ HVAC/ EPA Certification required
✔ Pool experience is a plus, but not required
✔ Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
✔ Ability to lift, carry, push, and move heavy equipment safely
✔ Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
