Location: Sandy, Utah / Salt Lake City Area
Pay:
Service Technician Apprentice: $17–$19/hour
Experienced Service Technician: $20–$29/hour

Are you an experienced Service Technician, or are you mechanically inclined and looking to build a career in the trades? We're hiring at both experience levels!
Join a great team where your hard work is valued, your skills can grow, and you'll work with premium Marvin windows and doors.
What You'll Do:
Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and service windows and doors.
Replace glass, hardware, screens, and other components.
Provide excellent customer service and quality workmanship.
Work independently or alongside experienced technicians while learning the trade.
What We're Looking For:
Window and door service experience or a background in construction or related trades.
Mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
Dependability, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet company fleet safety requirements.
No window and door service experience? If you have construction knowledge, know your way around power tools, and are eager to learn, our Apprentice position could be a great fit!
