Palm Beach Premier Remodeling, Inc. is seeking an experienced, hands-on **Cabinet Shop Foreman** to lead daily shop production while actively fabricating and building high-end custom cabinetry.

The right candidate is a skilled cabinet builder who can take projects from shop drawings through completed fabrication, organize workflow, guide other builders, and maintain consistent quality and production deadlines. **This is a working foreman position with daily, hands-on cabinet fabrication and assembly responsibilities.**

**Job Responsibilities**

• Lead daily shop operations, assign tasks, and keep projects moving according to production schedules.
• Personally fabricate and assemble custom cabinets, drawers, doors, panels, fillers, and other cabinetry components.
• Read and interpret shop drawings, dimensions, cut lists, and design specifications.
• Plan fabrication and assembly sequences, identify material needs, and flag missing information before production.
• Work with plywood, melamine, laminates, wood veneer panels, and solid wood.
• Operate woodworking tools and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Install and adjust hinges, drawer slides, and specialty cabinet hardware.
• Check dimensions, fit, finish quality, and hardware operation throughout production.
• Train and guide shop employees on construction methods, workmanship, and safe equipment use.
• Coordinate with designers, management, and installers to resolve fabrication questions and prepare cabinetry for installation.
• Monitor materials and hardware, reduce waste, and communicate purchasing needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop.

**Requirements**

• Strong experience fabricating and assembling custom cabinetry.
• Previous experience as a cabinet shop foreman, lead builder, or shop supervisor.
• Ability to independently build cabinetry from shop drawings with minimal supervision.
• Thorough knowledge of cabinet construction, joinery, materials, edge banding, and modern hardware.
• Proficiency with woodworking machinery, hand tools, and power tools.
• Ability to organize multiple projects, lead a team, and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and pride in workmanship.
• Dependable attendance, reliable transportation, and clear communication.

**Preferred Qualifications**

• Experience with CNC equipment and CNC-based cabinet production.
• Familiarity with Mozaik or similar cabinet manufacturing software.
• Experience with frameless cabinetry, architectural panels, and specialty built-ins.
• Cabinet installation experience and an understanding of how shop fabrication affects field installation.
