NYC Construction Superintendent

Seeking experienced Site Superintendent to run a townhouse conversion project. Must have experience in running a project in NYC.

Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day construction activities on site
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections
Ensure work complies with drawings
Maintain jobsite safety
Review and understand architectural and engineering drawings
Track materials, deliveries, and labor
Communicate with owners, architects, and internal team
Report project status and issues to company management

Requirements:

Experience as Site Superintendent
Knowledge of NYC construction practices and safety requirements
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
MUST HAVE Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
