You will manage your own schedule and equipment to secure, protect, and maintain vacant and bank-owned properties.Key ResponsibilitiesProperty Securing: Perform lock changes, lockbox installations, and boarding of windows or doors.Core Trades: Address basic plumbing tasks (winterizations, leak repairs) and minor electrical fixes.Groundskeeping: Maintain yards through routine grass cutting, weed eating, and exterior cleanup.Property Maintenance: Execute ongoing debris removal, interior cleaning, and full trash-outs.Documentation: Use your phone to capture clear before, during, and after photos of all completed work.RequirementsExperience: Proven, hands-on experience in property preservation or REO maintenance is strictly required.Technology: Must own and operate a reliable smartphone capable of running industry reporting apps and taking high-quality project photos.Status: Must operate as an independent business entity (1099 contractor).Tools: Own reliable work transportation, standard hand/power tools, and professional lawn care machinery.Traits: High dependability, strict adherence to deadlines, and excellent communication.Compliance: Ability to pass a background check and maintain standard general liability insurance.What We OfferHigh Payout: You retain 75% of the gross payout for every completed and approved work order.Volume: Consistent stream of local job orders right here in the Jackson metro market.Flexibility: Total control over your daily schedule, workload, and routes.
