Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC and Oil Burner Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting abilities, hands-on experience with heating and cooling systems, and a commitment to professional service.
Key Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems (heating and air conditioning)
Service and diagnose oil burner systems
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues efficiently
Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards
Communicate effectively with customers regarding services and recommendations
Maintain accurate service records and reports

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years experience in HVAC and oil burner service
Strong knowledge of heating systems, oil burners, boilers, and furnaces
EPA Certification required
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication and customer service skills
