On Call Maintenance

In need of a maintenance worker to handle calls solo, occasional renovation work with larger team.

requirements
-own hand tools
-own vehicle
-at least some experience in the following: general maintenance including painting, appliance repair, limited electrical, limited plumbing.

will provide
-additional tools as necessary
-limited training
-support

what to expect: a few calls a week, employee may organize their own time and availability. This position is a good fit for someone in education or a similar situation in need of additional income with flexible hours.

Pay based on ability, starting $18/hr + mileage compensation (IRS 75 cents per mile) with raises and performance bonuses.
