About the Role:

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our community remains attractive, clean, and comfortable for residents. You’ll handle a variety of maintenance tasks across apartments, common areas, and grounds.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to resident service requests (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc.)
Perform make-ready repairs and turnovers for vacant units
Conduct routine preventive maintenance and inspections
Handle general repairs including carpentry, painting, drywall, and minor plumbing work
Maintain common areas, grounds, amenities, and ensure safety standards
Assist with snow removal in winter
Work collaboratively with the property management team

Qualifications:

Must live on site
1–3+ years of experience in apartment or multi-family maintenance preferred
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general handyman skills
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in various conditions, and be on-call for emergencies
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude
Ability to pass drug and background check
