Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician in Walnut Creek, CA. Must Live On Site

Qualifications:

• Preferred experience in residential property management or construction
• Provide and maintain own tools
• Must have reliable transportation
• This is a physically active position

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete maintenance requests
• Turnovers of vacant units as needed. trash out, painting, cleaning, repairs,
• Share on-call maintenance providing evening, weekends and holiday emergencies
• Maintain all maintenance shops and storage rooms in an orderly fashion
• Must be able to do maintenance and some carpentry, wall repair, cabinet, doors, painting, installations of toilets, faucets, sinks, garbage disposal, etc.), changing light fixtures, outlets, switches, troubleshoot repair in unit appliances, light electrical, plumbing, some HVAC experience and boiler repair and appliance repair
• Install flooring, laminate and vinyl flooring
• Landscaping and sprinkler maintenance
• Janitorial, garbage duty, leaf blowing, maintaining the property
• Comply with all policies and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by Community Manager

Hourly pay range minimum $20
Hourly pay range maximum $25 DOE
Apartment Included in compensation package (We are located in a good school district)
