Description
On Site Apartment manager needed for a 27 unit complex. Must have experience. Must be able to do small repairs. Bilingual Spanish /English a must. Duties will include keeping common areas clean, maintenance, and doing small repairs. Also, showing units to prospective tenants, keeping management company updated on any bigger repairs needed. Will work part time and account for all hours worked, paid hourly rate. Apartment is 2 bedroom one bath with rent at $2100
