Norris & Stevens is seeking an experienced, motivated, and highly organized On-Site Property Manager or Management Team for Tabor Pointe Apartments, an attractive 50-unit community in Portland.

We're looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their property, notices the details, communicates effectively, and is ready to take an active role in keeping the community running smoothly!

Tabor Pointe features beautifully remodeled apartment interiors, many with gas ranges and fireplaces. Community amenities include a fitness center and outdoor gazebo area.
The manager's residence is a spacious, open-layout one-bedroom apartment attached to the rental office. The property is conveniently located near public transportation, I-205, shopping, restaurants, and neighborhood amenities.
Flexible Opportunities

• Individual Manager: 40 hours per week.
• Management Team: 50 combined hours per week, with flexibility to divide hours between team members.
• Hourly Pay: $25–$32 per hour, depending on individual experience and responsibilities.
• Additional Work: Opportunities for additional hours at a nearby 20-unit apartment community.
• Housing: On-site one-bedroom apartment available.

What We're Looking For

• Previous apartment management experience strongly preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Excellent communication, leasing, and resident relations skills.
• Strong administrative abilities, including recordkeeping, marketing, and reporting.
• Maintenance knowledge and the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and coordinate repairs.
• Confidence addressing property security concerns, unauthorized activity, and challenging situations professionally.
• Ability to coordinate vendors, oversee apartment turnovers, and maintain high property standards.
• A proactive, hands-on work ethic and willingness to take responsibility for daily operations.
