On site Property Manager - part time

We’re looking to fill a part time property manager position in a beautiful 55+ community in Preston. We are looking for someone over 55 years old being this is a retirement community.

Duties include:

Rent collection
Lease compliance, tenant relations, office duties
Oversee landscape and maint/repairs/plumbing

This position is part time and a good fit for a retired individual/couple. Looking for someone proactive and organized.

This position includes housing plus compensation. No dogs.
