Free Apartment + $20/hr Guaranteed Work – Looking for On‑Site Property/Fleet Manager

We have a commercial/office complex with a great apartment‑style living space above the offices, and we’re looking for someone who wants to live on‑site and help watch over the property. Nights and weekends presence is the main need.

If you have a mechanic background, that’s a huge plus — we have a fleet of vehicles that needs regular upkeep. We can guarantee 40 hours a week at $20/hr, plus free rent for the right person.

We’re looking for someone trustworthy, reliable, and able to handle basic maintenance and property oversight.
