Onsite Maintenance Manager – South Lake Tahoe HOA

**Location:** South Lake Tahoe, CA
**Compensation:** $36\.00/hour
**Schedule:** Variable/seasonal hours

Prime HOA Management is seeking an experienced and dependable **Onsite Maintenance Manager** for a condominium community in South Lake Tahoe\.

This is **not a traditional full\-time position**\. Hours will vary depending on the season and the needs of the property\. During busier seasons, the position may require full\-time hours\. During slower periods, the workload may be approximately 20 hours per week or less\.

**Responsibilities include:**

• General property maintenance and repairs
• Routine property inspections
• Grounds and common\-area upkeep
• Snow and winter preparation
• Coordinating with outside vendors and contractors
• Identifying maintenance and safety concerns
• Responding to maintenance needs as they arise
• Keeping management informed of property conditions and needed repairs

**Requirements:**

• Prior property, building, or facilities maintenance experience
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors in Tahoe weather conditions
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation
• Must carry appropriate insurance or be bonded

**Compensation:** $36\.00 per hour
