Mason Reconstruction is hiring experienced Skilled Laborers to join our field crews on multifamily construction projects. This is a hands-on role for someone who knows the trades, takes pride in quality work, and wants to grow with a company that promotes from within.

What You'll Do:

• Work on field crews performing waterproofing, carpentry, and concrete work under the direction of the Foreman
• Perform hands-on work including light framing, general installations, demolition, and site setup. Painting, drywall, tile, and flooring skills are a plus
• Help install waterproofing systems and repair deteriorated framing on balconies, decks, and walkways
• Assist with concrete flatwork, including forming, pouring, finishing, and saw cutting for walkways, slabs, landings, and patios
• Prepare and protect work areas, load and unload materials, and keep job sites clean and organized
• Follow safety protocols, wear required PPE, and work to the Mason Reconstruction quality standard
• Take direction from your Foreman and report progress or issues as they come up

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of hands-on construction experience in waterproofing, carpentry, or concrete
• Concrete flatwork experience strongly preferred
• Multifamily renovation or repair experience a plus
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools
• Ability to follow plans and instructions accurately
• Strong work ethic, reliable, and on time every day
• Team player who takes pride in quality work
• Bilingual English and Spanish a plus
• Able to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work outdoors and at heights
• Reliable transportation to job sites
• Must pass a drug screen, background check, and physical
