Operations / Janitorial Supervisor

Shine Facility Services is hiring an Operations / Janitorial Supervisor to keep our SF Bay Area accounts running smoothly.

This is a hands-on coordination role, NOT a cleaning role. You'll be the go-to person for staffing coverage, client communication, and day-to-day office coordination. When a team member calls out, you make sure the site is covered and the replacement knows exactly what to do.

We're looking for a true leader with long-term ambition. Our goal is to train and promote this person to become our next Manager.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Arrive at the office daily at 7:00 AM to check call-offs and schedule coverage for sick calls and last-minute call-outs
• Drive to client sites when needed to meet and train replacement staff on the site, tasks, and expectations
• Conduct hiring interviews and help with recruiting to keep staffing levels strong
• Manage the office: scheduling, phone calls, emails, and keeping records up to date
• Meet with clients in person to build relationships and review service
• Respond quickly and professionally to client requests, questions, and concerns
• Communicate with managers about staffing, site issues, and client feedback

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Experience in janitorial, facilities, or operations supervision (preferred)
• Strong communication skills with both staff and clients
• Organized, reliable, and calm under pressure when plans change fast
• Comfortable with email, scheduling, and spreadsheets
• Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

SCHEDULE
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
