Heavy Equipment Operator/ mechanic I(Excavator) - Part-Time 20 Hours Per Week - Maui Hawaii

Valley Isle Enterprises is a licensed general contractor on Maui with active job sites. We build serious projects and we need a skilled excavator operator who knows how to work independently, fix the machine and get results.

This is a part-time role, 20 hours per week, with potential to grow as project volume increases.

What the work looks like - site grading, utility trenching, drainage work, pad preparation, and general earthworks across active job sites on Maui. You will receive clear direction on project milestones and then we expect you to execute without hand-holding.

What you must already have - minimum 3 years operating experience on excavators in the 5 to 30 tonne range, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation to Maui job sites. You show up on time, communicate clearly when something is off, and operate safely every single day.

Pay is $35 to $45 per hour on the books depending on experience. Hours are flexible around project schedules with advance notice each week.
