We’re building a team, not just filling positions.
Patriot Plowing is launching operations in Anchorage, and we’re looking for motivated people who want to be part of building something substantial.
We’re especially interested in experienced snowplow operators who can work independently, take responsibility, and eventually manage their own routes or crews.
But experience isn’t everything. We’re also interested in hardworking, dependable people willing to learn and grow with us.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Experienced plow truck operators
- Skid steer and snowblower operators
- Individuals with sanding and hillside plowing experience
- Motivated individuals interested in learning
- Potential crew leaders and future operations managers
We’re building a serious snow service operation with heavy-duty plow trucks, sanding equipment, lighter-duty plow trucks, and tracked skid steer equipment.
We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, can handle Alaska’s winter conditions, and want opportunities beyond simply collecting a paycheck.
The right individuals will have opportunities to take on greater responsibilities as the company grows.
