OUTDOOR STRUCTURE INSTALLERS – INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS
We are looking for reliable Independent Contractor Installers to install pre-cut cedar pergolas, pavilions, decks, and other outdoor structures.
$500 MINIMUM PER UNIT
Installers earn a minimum of $500 per structure, with additional earning opportunities based on the size of the structure, customer options, travel, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Most of our simple projects can be completed in one day!
Weekly pay once required project documentation is completed and submitted.
The more projects you can efficiently install, the more you can earn.
We're looking for dependable installers who:
- Have strong carpentry/framing skills
- Take pride in quality workmanship
- Have a strong work ethic
- Can work independently
- Can follow construction plans and specifications
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Keep a clean and organized job site
- Can complete projects efficiently
- Have access to one or more qualified helpers when needed
Because you will be working at customers' homes and businesses, contractors must:
- Carry $500,000 minimum General Liability Insurance
- Carry Commercial Auto Insurance
Recommended equipment includes:
- 1/2-ton truck or larger
- 16–20 ft. tandem-axle trailer or larger
- Standard carpentry/framing tools
