WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Prospect & Close: Convert company-provided leads and self-generate new business via local networking, referrals, and territory canvassing.

On-Site Inspections: Conduct thorough physical inspections of residential and commercial properties (including attics, crawlspaces, and exteriors) to identify pest and termite threats.

Consultative Selling: Present tailored solutions, educate property owners on risks, and close service contracts on the spot.

Territory Management: Plan daily routes to cover your assigned local area effectively.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

1–3 years of direct/outside sales, field sales, or customer service experience preferred

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (MVR)

High school diploma or GED

Comfortable working outdoors and in tight spaces (attics/crawlspaces)

Strong communication, negotiation, and self-management skills

Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
