Outside Sales Representative

Sales Representative will design, demonstrate and sell low voltage lighting. Appointments are scheduled by office. Sales leads are pre-qualified before a sales appointment is set. The expectations for closing rates are 50-60%.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The role is a 100% commission + commission bonus opportunity.

Availability for evening & weekend appointments
Conducting on-site lighting demonstrations at the customer's residence
Understanding and recognizing the value in the product and process that you are selling to the homeowner
Deliver excellent customer service
Performing in home sales presentations; providing an overview of the company, qualifying the customer's needs and budget range, and providing lighting layout
Onsite proposal creation and onsite closing of the sale
Ability to conduct nighttime demonstrations at least 2-3 nights per week, including Fridays if necessary
Attend sales meetings and training sessions both in person and virtually
Having a driver's license with a clean driving record (no moving violations or accidents in the last three years)
Owning a neat and clean vehicle that can be used for sales
