AllPro Painters is growing in Reno, Sparks and Carson City, and we're looking for experienced 2-3 person paint crews that already work well together. We're not hiring individual painters for this role. We want intact crews with a proven lead.

How the pay works: Crew leads are paid a profit share on every job. Finish on time, keep the quality high and don't waste material, and more of the job's profit goes to you. Our most efficient, productive crew leads can make $40/hr and up. You won't be capped at a flat hourly rate.

• An intact crew of 2-3 painters who already work together
• A crew lead who communicates clearly with customers in English
• Real experience: prep, cut, roll, spray, interior and exterior
• Your own tools, ladders and airless sprayer
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
