Painter

We are looking for a reliable, experienced Painter to join our residential design & remodeling team! This is a hands-on position assisting with a variety of residential remodeling projects throughout Boise, Meridian, Kuna, Nampa, and Caldwell.

The right person takes pride in their work, and is comfortable working in occupied homes and active job sites.

Job responsibilities include experience with exterior & interior residential painting, surface preparation, sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, texture and priming. Paint walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and other surfaces. Must achieve clean lines & professional finishes. Must be comfortable on ladders & scaffolding. Properly protect floors, cabinets, furniture, fixtures, and homeowners' belongings. Complete touch-ups and detail work. Identify surface issues and communicate them to the project managers. Strong attention to detail. Maintain a clean and organized job site. Must have your own tools & equipment.

*Experience with drywall repair, texture matching, cabinetry prepping & painting, staining, and specialty finishes is a huge plus!

Must be able to follow instructions and work well with others. Must be able to lift minimum of 50 lbs. Valid drivers license & transportation are required.

Full-time, typically Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:30AM - 4:30PM.
