Compensation: Paid by the job
--1 BR $150 base rate plus add ons unique to each unit
--2 BR $175 base rate plus add ons unique to each unit
--3 BR $200 base rate plus add ons unique to each unit
There are add ons that are unique to each task

Location: Hampton Roads / 7 Cities Area
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time Work Available

We are looking for a skilled, reliable painter with spray rig experience to help with apartment and other residential repaints, rental property turns, and maintenance painting.

We’re looking for someone who can show up on time, work independently, follow instructions, and produce professional results without constant supervision.

If you take pride in clean lines, good prep work, and efficient production, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Interior and limited exterior painting

Operating airless spray rigs
Masking, covering, and protecting surfaces
Patching, sanding, and proper prep work
Rental property turn painting
Keeping job sites clean and organized

Requirements

Experience using an airless spray rig

Ability to work independently and follow directions
Reliable transportation to and from our office and/or job site. We can provide vehicles to job sites, but you can also drive directly to tasks
Dependable and punctual
Must care about quality work
Valid driver’s license and good driving record (for driving our vehicles)

Preferred

Experience with apartment and other residential repaint work

Ability to cut and roll when needed
Own basic painting tools
Prefer you have your own spray rig, but not required

This is NOT for:

People who don’t show up

People who need constant supervision
People without real painting experience
People who cannot follow instructions and company policies
People who cannot arrive to work on time
