Painter — Commercial & High-End Residential

We are hiring painters for commercial interiors and high-end residential work on the Main Line and in Delaware and Montgomery Counties.
Pay is $25–$35 per hour based on skill and finish quality. We offer a simple IRA and may contribute toward health coverage. Ask about a vehicle or gas card.
This is steady work on occupied homes and businesses — not random side jobs or sloppy production turns. You will prep, cut in, roll, and clean up to a standard that holds up when a homeowner or property manager walks the job.
Responsibilities

• Prep surfaces: patch, sand, caulk, mask, and protect occupied spaces
• Cut clean lines on walls, ceilings, trim, doors, and cabinets
• Roll and brush to an even finish with the specified product
• Keep the job site clean and respectful of residents and staff
• Work with the lead on commercial interiors and high-end homes
• Show up on time with basic hand tools

Requirements

• Painting experience (finish work strongly preferred)
• Reliable transportation
• Able to work on occupied residential and commercial sites
• Able to stand, climb ladders, and work a full day
• Valid driver’s license preferred
