Painter for a body shop

**Part-Time Automotive Painter – Immediate Opening**

We're looking for a **part-time automotive painter** to join our team immediately!

This position is perfect for a painter who already works full-time and wants to earn some extra income, or for someone looking to slow down while still staying busy.

• **Pay:** Flat rate, averaging **$26 per flagged hour**
• Our body technicians handle all of the primer work, so you can focus on painting.
• We have approximately **40–60 hours of paint work available each week**, and some weeks there is even more.
• We also average **one complete paint job per month**.

For the right person, this could become a **full-time position** if you're willing to help with other shop duties when paint work is slow, such as mud work, trim-outs, detailing vehicles, and other general shop tasks.

**Employment Options:**

• **Part-time:** 1099 contractor (no taxes withheld)
• **Full-time:** W-2 employee

**Shop Hours:**

• Monday–Thursday: **8:00 AM – 5:00 PM**
• Friday: **8:00 AM – 3:00 PM**

If you're working part-time, we're flexible. You can paint on your own schedule within reason, as long as the work is completed on time.

We offer a **great work environment** in a **fully air-conditioned shop**, and we spray **PPG products**.
