Painter / General repairs

ABC Restoration is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Painter & General Maintenance Technician to handle interior/exterior touch-ups, sheetrock patching, and general property repairs across our local projects in the Houston area.

Key Responsibilities:

Drywall & Sheetrock: Patching holes, taping, floating, sanding, and matching textures (orange peel, knock-down, smooth).

Painting: Surface prep, priming, cut-in, rolling interior/exterior walls, trim, and doors.

General Maintenance: Minor carpentry, hardware replacement, punch-list repairs, and light fixture updates.

Jobsite Care: Clean work areas, protect flooring and furniture with drop cloths, and manage tools responsibly.

Requirements:

Proven experience in professional painting, sheetrock repair, and general maintenance/handyman work.

Must have basic hand tools and reliable transportation to jobsites.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to complete punch lists efficiently.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably on ladders.
