Painter (Lead)

We are looking for qualified residential painters who can lead and manage a crew.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license.
What is a valid driver's license in Ohio?
Example: Cop pulls your vehicle over while you are driving. Are you getting a ticket for driving without a valid driver's license? If the answer is yes, you do not have a valid driver's license.
Prior professional painting experience working for at least 3+ years at a company that does painting work only.
What is professional painting experience?
Doing residential painting work as a trade for 40 hours a week for at least 3 years.
Painting your garage or grandma's bathroom is not professional painting experience.
Ability to communicate and give instructions to other members of the crew on site.
Reliable transportation to get to and from job sites in the East suburbs of Cleveland. Cities such as Cleveland Heights, Shaker Heights, Chagrin Falls, Solon, etc.
This is a full time position. Working hours are Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Saturdays as needed.
Basic hands tools that a painter by trade would own. We provide all the heavy equipment.
Clean background check. No major felonies for theft, violence, sex crimes.
Ability to climb and work off step ladders and extension ladders up to 32 feet tall.
Move with purpose. If you are on your Smartphone constantly, you are not a good fit.
W2 payroll hourly position. Paid weekly every Friday for the hours worked in the previous week.
What is W2 payroll?
W2 payroll is an hourly position. You will be paid by the hour for the hours worked as a regular employee. Regular taxes will be withheld as required by law. No cash at the end of day and no 1099.
No drugs or alcohol permitted on job sites.
$30 - $35/hour.
