You don’t have to be a cabinet professional. If you have solid painting experience, know how to prepare and protect a job site, and take pride in your work, we’ll teach you our cabinet makeover business—including cabinet painting, refacing, and building new cabinets.

SKILLS WE NEED:

• Taping, papering, and masking to protect floors, countertops, appliances, walls, and surrounding surfaces.
• Sanding and preparing surfaces for a quality finish.
• Painting experience and attention to detail.
• Keeping tools and work areas clean and organized.
• Following instructions and working respectfully with customers and coworkers.

Cabinet experience is a plus, but is not required.

WOMEN AND MEN ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY.

Women with painting and prep experience who want to learn the cabinet makeover business are welcome here. We value careful workmanship, dependability, a calm demeanor, and a willingness to learn.

LOCATION AND TRANSPORTATION — REQUIRED:

• You must currently live in MESA, GILBERT, or CHANDLER.
• You must have your OWN RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION available every workday.
• Depending on the assignment, you will report to our shop or directly to a customer’s job site.
• Job sites are throughout the Phoenix Valley. You must be willing and able to travel to these locations.
• You must communicate clearly in English and understand job instructions.

Please apply only if you meet the location and transportation requirements.
