Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends based on project deadlines

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Residential Painter with at least 2 years of professional painting experience. The ideal candidate will have experience with both interior and exterior residential painting, surface preparation, and basic drywall repair. This is a full-time position. Monday through Friday, hours vary based on client needs and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including scraping, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming
- Paint interior and exterior residential surfaces using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment
- Perform color matching and ensure high-quality finishes
- Protect furniture, flooring, landscaping, and other areas during projects
- Complete basic drywall repairs, patching, and texture matching as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow company safety procedures and job site standards
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality workmanship
- Minimum 2 years of residential painting experience
- Experience painting both interior and exterior homes
- Basic drywall repair and patching knowledge
- Ability to use painting tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on ladders and scaffolding
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have reliable mode of transportation
- Full-time, year-round work
