Job Description

We are seeking skilled and motivated Painters to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in delivering high-quality finishes, and want to grow their craft in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
As a Painter, you will work on a variety of residential/commercial projects, including interiors, exteriors, and fine-finish cabinetry. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are completed with precision, cleanliness, and professionalism while collaborating closely with your team and Site Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, patching, and masking
Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to a high-quality standard on cabinets, walls, and trim
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
Follow direction from the Site Lead or Project Manager to meet project timelines
Assist with maintaining tools, equipment, and supplies in good working condition
Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently
Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers

Qualifications
2–5 years of residential painting experience (interior, exterior, and cabinet work preferred but not required)
Knowledge of various paint types, finishes, and application techniques
Ability to work on ladders and perform physically demanding tasks
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
