Painter with Water Proofing Experience Needed

We are looking for a painter for exterior apartment buildings in the San Rafael area. Must be reliable and punctual.

Work will consist of exterior painting, siding, trim, and decks.

Requirements:

2 years experience

have hand tools

own transportation to from jobs

masking, caulking, and ladder

Paint with Brush and Roller

Be able to lift 60lbs

Full- time M-F 8am -5pm. No weekends
