Most exterior work requires handyman level repair prep work Many are block buildings mortar missing in the joints. Some use caulk some require mortar.  we supply all materials. You as a subcontractor supply all your own tools. We will not supply paint brushes and roller covers. For hourly crewmembers, we can supply tools like ladders, scaffolding, paint, sprayers but you will still be required to have your own brushes.
