PAINTERS NEEDED

NOW HIRING – PAINTERS & LABORERS

Location: San Jose, CA & Surrounding Bay Area

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team. We have immediate openings for experienced painters and general laborers. Responsibilities & skills:

Interior & exterior painting

Brush, roll, and spray application
Surface preparation (scraping, sanding, patching, caulking)
Drywall patching and texture repairs
Masking and protecting work areas
Priming and finish coat applications
Staining and clear coating
Power washing
Color matching and touch-up work
Trim, doors, cabinets, and fascia painting
Job site cleanliness and organization
Ability to safely use ladders and basic painting equipment
Must have a valid California driver's license
Must own a reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites
Must be dependable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work on ladders
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required

Compensation

Pay: TBD after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period
Full-time work available based on performance and workload
