Painters / Painters helpers

Premium Painters specializes exclusively in residential and commercial repaints (no new construction), and we need reliable team members to deliver high-quality results for our clients.
We are actively hiring for two positions:

• **Experienced Painters:** Starting at **$23.00/hour**
• **Painter's Helpers:** Starting around **$18.00/hour** **Job Requirements**

To be considered for either position, candidates must meet the following criteria:
*Experience:Professional repaint experience is required. Since we focus on existing residential and commercial properties—not new construction—knowing how to properly prep and work inside occupied spaces is a must.
Clearance & Background: Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and meet all security requirements necessary to access secure military bases.
Work Authorization:Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
*Transportation: Must have a valid driver’s license and your own reliable vehicle to travel to and from various job sites.
Equipment: Must possess your own basic set of professional painting hand tools.
Work Ethic: Punctual, reliable, respectful of clients' properties, and committed to producing premium-quality work.
Bonus Skills
* **Carpentry:** Have experience with wood rot repair, replacing trim, or general carpentry? Let us know! Carpentry skills are highly desired and considered a major plus for our repaint projects.
