Painters Residential Commercial Multi Family Homes.

We are hiring experienced residential and commercial painters for immediate, year-round work across San Diego County. We are an established company (30+ years) looking for professionals who take pride in clean, high-quality craftsmanship.
PAY & BENEFITS
$22 – $36 per hour (Starting pay based on skill, tools, and experience)
Steady, year-round work – no seasonal layoffs
W-2 Position Bi-weekly pay
Room for growth into Advanced pay/Crew Lead/Foreman roles.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Experience: 3–5 years in residential or commercial painting.
Skills: Expert at prep (masking, sanding, caulking), brush/roll, and airless spraying.
Professionalism: Punctual, reliable, and respectful of high-end job sites.
Requirements: Must have reliable transportation and your own basic hand tools (brushes, poles, etc.).
Bonus: Experience with stucco, wood, or drywall repair is a major plus.
