Painter/Wallpaper Hanger

Looking for a painter to come to shop 7am (summer) 8am (winter) and take the company van to the jobsite (various locations)
I will be looking for someone that wants lots of hours and does not need to pack up at 2:00pm
I pay $20 per hr to drive the truck and load or unload truck @ shop
I pay $28 per hr to perform onsite duties
I pay $20 per hr for Holidays(7)
We do work nights/weekends when needed on specific jobs....... not very often
I pay $38 per hr for nights/weekends
We do work outside on extension ladders
We do use spray equipment
Starbucks remodels coming up where paper hanger skill is needed with the night work
