Looking for a reliable, professional painting subcontractor or crew for ongoing interior painting work on townhomes and multi-family units in the Hudson / River Falls / St. Croix County, WI area.

I supply the paint. I am willing to pay the following competitive rates based on a detailed recent townhome estimate:

1-Coat Pricing (SF of Surface Painted):

• Walls: $0.28 per SF
• Shellac/Seal: $0.30 per SF
• Oversized Baseboard: $0.49 per LF
• Base Shoe / Quarter Round: $0.25 per LF
• Large Door/Window Trim & Jamb (per side): $11.10 each
• Door Slab Only (per side): $10.42 each

2-Coat Pricing:

• Walls: $0.40 per SF
• Oversized Baseboard: $0.72 per LF
• Base Shoe / Quarter Round: $0.36 per LF
• Large Door/Window Trim & Jamb (per side): $16.66 each
• Door Slab Only (per side): $15.72 each

Recent Townhome Reference:

• 1 Coat Total: $2,663
• 2 Coat Total: $3,779

I have steady volume; multiple units, rental turns and can keep a good crew busy. Prompt payment on approved work.

Must have:

• Proper insurance / licensing
• Clean work habits
• Experience with new construction or rental turnovers
• Own tools & transportation
