Entrepreneurial husband-and-wife team—in brokerage, marketing, and business development—are seeking a skilled, licensed Painting Contractor to join us on a growing portfolio of residential projects.

We specialize in residential interior and exterior projects.

You will be expected to:

Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and to high standards.

Train and mentor apprentices and junior crew members.

Work directly with experienced operators in marketing, deal flow, and scaling businesses.

Input on projects, systems, and growth strategy.

Additional Requirements:

Active Painting Contractor License (mandatory).

Proven leadership managing crews.

Professional, reliable, and growth-minded.

Compensation:

$50–$100+/hour (based on experience)

Profit-sharing opportunities on projects.
