🧑‍🎨 CREW LEAD PAINTERS

Requirements:
✅ Experience Painting as a Crew Lead - RECOMMENDED
✅ Minimum 5+ years professional painting experience
✅ Strong prep / coatings knowledge
✅ Ability to lead a 3-person crew
✅ Ability to Professionally communicate with Customers
✅ Positive Attitude and Dependable
✅ Reliable transportation

💵 PAY

✅ Qualified Candidates can start at $20/hr for the first 10 Days (on-the-job interview period)
📋 IMPORTANT - After the first 10 days at $20/hour -- You will be reviewed by the Crew Lead you work with and the owner of Legacy Painting - to Evaluate your Professionalism / Skills / Attitude / Teamwork / then increased payrate can be discussed.
