Painting Estimator

All Terrain Painting & Repairs NW LLC is a trusted, full-service painting and repair company serving residential and commercial clients throughout Gig Harbor and the surrounding areas. We handle everything from interior and exterior painting to drywall, repairs, and general contracting.

We’re currently looking for an experienced Estimator to join our team. At this time, we are not able to train from the ground up—this role is best suited for someone with prior estimating experience or strong hands-on knowledge of painting, drywall, and carpentry.

🔨 Key Responsibilities

Accurately estimate residential and commercial projects

Perform on-site job walks, measurements, and assessments

Prepare detailed estimates and proposals

Coordinate with subcontractors for pricing and scope verification

Review plans, specs, and project scopes

Communicate with clients, crews, and office staff for smooth project handoffs

Follow up on bids and maintain an organized estimating schedule

Stay up to date on material pricing, local market conditions, and building codes

✅ Qualifications

Experience in estimating (painting, drywall, or construction required)

Strong knowledge of finishes, coatings, and application processes

Ability to read blueprints and construction documents

Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Subcontractor coordination experience is a plus

💰 Compensation & Benefits

Competitive pay (DOE), paid weekly

Commission based on project profitability

Fuel reimbursement or company vehicle/card

PTO accrual starting Day 1 (usable after 90 days)

Longevity PTO bonuses at 2.5, 5, 7.5, and 10 years
