Description
Painting Estimator / Project Manager
We are looking for an experienced Painting Estimator / Project Manager to join our team and support our high-end residential Painting division.
Responsibilities
- Estimate custom residential painting projects from plans, specifications, and site visits
- Prepare takeoffs, labor and material estimates, proposals, and change orders
- Manage awarded projects from preconstruction through completion
- Coordinate schedules, crews, materials, and project requirements
- Monitor project budgets, labor costs, and profitability
- Communicate with builders, designers, homeowners, vendors, and field teams
- 5+ years of painting estimating and/or project management experience
- Strong experience estimating high-end custom residential projects required
- Strong knowledge of painting systems, preparation, coatings, and finishes
- Ability to read architectural plans and finish schedules
- Strong understanding of labor production rates and job costing
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
