Description
We are looking for an experienced field supervisor to work with our job site leads.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead & Support Crews: Oversee 2 to 6 painters on residential and/or commercial job sites to keep projects moving on schedule.
- Quality Control: Inspect surface prep, priming, caulking, and final finishes to ensure it meets our high-end standards.
- Site Management: Manage daily tool/material inventory, track progress, and coordinate with homeowners, general contractors, or property managers.
- Problem-Solving: Handle day-to-day site adjustments, safety compliance, and crew direction with a cool head.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on painting experience with at least 1 year in a lead, foreman, or supervisory role.
- Craftsmanship: Deep knowledge of surface preparation, spraying, brush/roll techniques, and material selection.
- Reliability & Leadership: Strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license with a clean record, and the ability to motivate a team.
