Painting Foreman — Integrity Paint & GC — Oakland, CA — $30–$35/hr
We're a growing painting and general contracting company based in Oakland.
We do 80% painting, 20% general contracting, and every job includes repair work.
We have 16 great guys on the team and are looking to add experienced foremen who
want to grow with us.

Led crews and run projects independently
Plan projects, set daily goals, and finish on time and on budget
Order and manage materials
Own your own tools (painting, drywall, carpentry)
Skills you should have: Painting: scraping/sanding (hand + power + Festool),
stucco/wood patching, caulk vs spackle vs bondo, power washing, masking,
spraying + back roll, cabinet prep/finish, fine cut-in without tape, clean job sites
Drywall: small/large patches, full sheet install, tape/mud/corner bead, hand +
machine sanding, rough + Level 5 finish Carpentry: baseboards/trim/doors,
fences/retaining walls, plank/cedar shake/Hardie Board siding

Requirements:

English speaking (bilingual English/Spanish a plus)
Valid driver's license + reliable car
Social Security Number
Live within 20–30 min of Oakland
Cell phone, email, and bank account
Pay: $30–$35/hr to start, increases quickly with proven skill and trust Start: First 2
weeks paid via Zelle/check (1099). After that: W2 with taxes
